"Dish to Impress"

This is my go to "dish to impress" recipie, it's pretty simple but if your ever trying to impress the person your cooking for this is it.

What you need:
Chicken breasts
Bread crumbs
Egg wash (1 egg 1tbsp milk)
Package of grape tomatoes
Two handfuls baby Spinach
Small jar of marinated artichoke hearts 1/3 cup heavy cream
Splash of white wine (optional)
3tbls butter
Olive oil
3 cloves chopped garlic
Salt/pepper
Balsamic cream/glaze
Knorr herb and butter rice

1. Melt 1 tablespoon butter and 2 tablespoons olive oil in a sauce pan on medium low heat
2. Dip chicken in egg wash followed by breadcrumbs then into the saucepan
3. Cooked chicken until browned on each side about 5 minutes per side (slightly undercooked)
4. After chicken is browned place in oven on 300°  while we make the sauce
5. Meanwhile cook the knorr herb butter rice
6. In the same saucepan you cook your chicken add a splash of whatever white wine you maybe sipping on ;) to deglaze the pan
7. Cut your grape tomatoes in half and deseed them before adding then to pan also add chopped artichokes, garlic, and remaining butter and olive oil
8. After about 5 minutes add the heavy cream and spinach and reduce to a low simmer
9. Plate the cooked rice on the bottom followed by your chicken breast and spoon sauce on top
10. Now for the fancy part! drizzle balsamic cream over the top of your dish and serve
