This recipe is perfect if you love spinach dip but are bored with Tostitos
- 1/2 bag fresh baby spinach
- Small jar of marinated artichoke hearts
- 1/4 package of softened Cream cheese
- Parmesan
- Red pepper
- Ciabatta bread
- Essentials
- Start by sautéing baby spinach with 1tbls olive oil and 2 cloves of minced garlic till wilted
- Add softened cream cheese and chopped artichoke hearts and season sparingly with salt
- Meanwhile toast ciabatta bread with olive oil and then top with mixture
- A parmesan to top and chopped red pepper then back for 5-10 minutes on 350
