Spinach Artichoke crostini

 


This recipe is perfect if you love spinach dip but are bored with Tostitos
 
 
The Recipe:
  • 1/2 bag fresh baby spinach
  • Small jar of marinated artichoke hearts
  • 1/4 package of softened Cream cheese
  • Parmesan
  • Red pepper
  • Ciabatta bread
  • Essentials
  1. Start by sautéing baby spinach with 1tbls olive oil and 2 cloves of minced garlic till wilted
  2. Add softened cream cheese and chopped artichoke hearts and season sparingly with salt
  3. Meanwhile toast ciabatta bread with olive oil and then top with mixture
  4. A parmesan to top and chopped red pepper then back for 5-10 minutes on 350
