- Red pepper
- Broccoli crown
- 5 slices of bacon cooked
- Fresh parmesan

- Start off by sautéing you're chopped red pepper (I cut them in small cubes, leaving out all the seeds) with 2tbls olive oil and 2tbls butter and 4 minced garlic cloves
- Separately steam your broccoli crown for about 5mins and cut up when cooked and add to red pepper
- Cook pasta (I use angel hair), once cook add 2tbls butter and 2tbls olive oil right to the pasta then combine with red pepper broccoli mixture
- Season pasta with salt, pepper, and some extra garlic powder, then sprinkle with grated parmesan and crumbled bacon (I usually cook my bacon first)
*This dish goes great with garlic bread and wine, but then again what doesn't...*
