Pinwheels!


Okay so I know everyone has their own version of pinwheels but I'm gunna argue mine is one of the best. prosciutto spinach and Boursin cheese, how could that be bad??? Try these pinwheels and you'll be sold too.

Ingredients:
Pillsbury crescent rolls
Boursin cheese ( usually found near deli) or garlic herb pub cheese
Fresh baby spinach 
4 slices of prosciutto
1 tbs Olive oil
1 Garlic clove

1. Cook prosciutto on medium low with olive oil and garlic till crispy (about 5 mins)
2. Roll out crescent roll dough and pinch together the dough to make a flat rectangle 
3. Spread the cheese across dough evenly 
4. Chop up spinach and cooked prosciutto sprinkle evenly over dough 
5. Roll up dough and place in freezer for 5 mins 
6. Cut pinwheels and cook at 350 for 12-17 till golden brown
