Arugula salad with prosciutto


Ingredients: 
Arugula 
3 slices of prosciutto
Chopped Red onion 
Grape tomatoes 
Moncheigo cheese
Garlic 

Dressing:
1/3 cup olive oil
1 Tsp Dijon 
1 Tsp lemon juice 
Salt & Pepper 

1. Cook prosciutto in pan with olive oil and garlic under medium heat till crispy
2. Cut grape tomatoes in half and chop up onion then add to arugula
3. Toss in dressing and shred some cheese over the top, finish with the crumby led peices of prosciutto
